The Corner 108

The Corner 108. A coffee bar owned by Noma people. I´m probably not the only one who loves the new wave of amazing independent bakeries, founded by previous Noma chefs that are popping up around Copenhagen. In my opinion they all challenge the more established bakery chains with their search for authentic, homemade and refined tastes. The corner makes some of the best sourdough buns with whipped cream I have had, and from there you can take a beautiful stroll over the bridge from Nyhavn to Christianshavn. Photo by Kristian Holm
